✨Adj is an avid blues dancer who hails from the States and recently moved to Ōtepoti, Dunedin. They first discovered blues dancing in Philadelphia in 2016 and haven't stopped exploring how the dance is practiced in communities across the globe since.
Adj has participated in blues practice groups and festivals while living in the Middle East and has volunteered and danced at blues events across North America, including Blues Muse, Sweet Molasses, North Star Blues, Steel City Blues, and Montreal Bagel and Blues, as well as at NZ's very own Auckland Blues Dancing Festival.
Adj loves Jukin', solo blues, leading, and connecting to the cultural history and music that make blues dance what it is. They are excited to share their knowledge while learning in community with others.
See you there! ✌️
