🎷 Swing dance for improvers – building lead-follow connection 💃

Over the next four weeks, we’ll be building on what we already know, exploring new ways to move together and adding some fun new moves to our repertoire. We’ll be diving into: ✨ Building a stronger lead-follow connection ✨ Mixing and matching different footwork patterns – 6 to 8-count Lindy Hop to Charleston - and learning how to lead the changes ✨ Follower variations and hijacks – because followers get to have their say too! ✨ Playing with frame, pulse and musicality to make our dancing feel even better Expect plenty of experimentation and a few technical deep dives with some fun moves and laughs along the way. These classes are aimed at dancers who are already comfortable with the basics of Lindy Hop and Charleston. Each week we’ll explore different ideas, so come along whenever you can. 📅 When: Thursdays, 8–29 October 🕢 Time: 7:30–8:30 pm 📍 Where: Red Hot Arts, Alice Springs 💰 Cost: $10 per class, pay on the door (cash or card). No need to bring a partner as we'll rotate throughout the class.
