Since Spirit de Milan is closed, Swing'n'Milan will take place at SuperStudio Village, located at Via Michele Pericle Negrotto 59, in the Bovisa neighborhood, north Milan, the very same area where Spirit was located. Founded in 2006 by Luca Missiti and Pietro Squecco, the Monday Orchestra is one of the most celebrated big bands on the Italian jazz scene. Sixteen musicians who don’t just play together: they listen, they talk, they have fun. And you can feel every second of it. Their resume includes the Torino Jazz Festival, the Blue Note Milano and collaborations with legends like Randy Brecker, Bob Mintzer, Fabrizio Bosso and Tullio De Piscopo, to name just a few.
